Heartfelt Construction is a light commercial and residential construction and home improvement company located in Buffalo, NY. The company provides services throughout the Western New York and Niagara Falls areas that include all minor and major renovation services. Heartfelt Construction was founded by the owner, Shannon Howard, and recently received its certification as a New York State certified Minority Women Business Enterprise as of February 26th, 2024.

The owner and founder of Heartfelt Construction, Shannon Howard, is a certified skilled laborer that prides herself in providing quality and effort into every project that is obtained. As she was growing up, she gained experience in the field of construction by helping her uncle and father on numerous residential projects that included landscaping and preparing spaces for rehab services. She also developed an eye for interior design through helping her mother with creative design projects that would include decorating interior spaces. Shannon took this knowledge and expanded her skill set by attending a trade school program, where she earned a NYS approved skilled laborer certificate and also her OSHA 10 certification. While attending the program and also after completion, she had the opportunity to work alongside a General Contractor, who has over 30 years of experience in the field of construction, where she worked as an apprentice. After obtaining the knowledge she needed from her apprenticeship, she then went on to create her own company, Heartfelt Construction.  

            The mission of the company is to handle every project with confidence and care by providing high quality services to every customer daily. Heartfelt Construction continues to live up to this mission and will work to maintain this initiative in the communities that it serves.
